Isolation & Loneliness Therapy in New Jersey and Oregon
Experiencing loneliness, isolation, or feelings of detachment from the people in your life? You are not alone.
World-renowned therapist Esther Perel often says,
“The quality of life is determined by the quality of relationships”.
I happen to agree! So why does it feel so damn hard to find or keep quality relationships?

What Online Therapy Looks Like!
In session, we’ll keep it real and action-oriented:
Identify your current connection baseline (where you are now).
Identify the barriers (the reasons you might be feeling unconnected).
Clarify the type of connection you want (depth, frequency, contexts).
Create a simple outreach plan (who, how often, what to say).
Practice conversation openers, follow-ups, and “keep-in-touch” habits.
Build repair skills (how to address conflict without making it worse).
Strengthen boundaries so connection feels safe, not draining.
Reduce avoidance & anxiety with small, repeatable steps.
(Telehealth is provided in New Jersey or Oregon; walk-and-talk available in/around northern coastal Ocean County, New Jersey.)
Not Ready to take action yet?
No worries, we can start smaller:
Discuss where you’re at now, and a few small “wishes” you’d have for your social life.
Identify triggers (What situations or thoughts make your anxiety worse? Better?)
Identify thinking patterns (What are you assuming versus what do you know?)
Process past events (Were you bullied? Excluded? Ignored? These are helpful to know)
