About Me…

Clinical Experience

Since 2017,  I have worked in various therapeutic settings, including inpatient and outpatient substance abuse treatment facilities, outpatient mental health, and private practice. I started my own telehealth practice in 2022 and have worked to provide affordable therapy to individuals and couples with a wide range of needs.  I have experience with individuals, couples, and groups, and have helped treat those suffering from addiction, anxiety, depression, anger management, poor communication, social media use, internet fixation, trauma, grief, self-esteem issues, and people struggling with major life changes or transitions.

Education and Licensure

I attended graduate school at Monmouth University and obtained a Masters of Science in Mental Health Counseling in 2018, and currently hold licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor in the states of New Jersey (License number 37PC00824200 ) and Oregon (License number C7769). My education focused on evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, along with person-centered techniques and solution-focused treatment. In 2021, I completed the Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 1.

More about me…

I’m a New Jersey native with a love of the outdoors. I strongly believe in mind-body connection, and enjoy walking, biking, hiking and climbing as ways to maintain that connection. I also love reading, spending time with my dog George, comedy, writing, music, and watching movies in my downtime. Ask me about options for “walk and talk” therapy if you’re a lover of walking/talking like I am!
